CROSSOVER<\/strong> <\/span>is a mission movement to evangelize, disciple and develop the next generation leaders of the 4-14 Window.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The 4\/14 Window<\/a> refers to the demographic group of children<\/span> ages <\/span>ranging from four to fourteen years old. \u00a0<\/span>They are the most receptive to every form of spiritual and developmental input.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Convert a man or woman and you may get 20 to 40 years of testimony for Christ.
